- Our cupcakes and bits are freshly prepared upon receiving your order to ensure optimal quality and freshness. You may place orders via our website. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
- Snac N’ Smile offers a range of healthy snacks like cupcakes & bits for children. While we make every effort to ensure that all ingredients and products are safe and healthy, it is your responsibility to verify that products are suitable for your child’s dietary requirements and preferences.
- All prices listed on the Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability is subject to change and may vary depending on stock levels.
3. Order Cancellation, Return and Refunds Policy
- Standard Products:
All our products are freshly prepared specifically for each customer’s order. Therefore, once an order is placed, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Customized Products:
For customized products for events or special occasions, cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. After this 12-hour window, cancellation will not be possible, and the order will be deemed non-refundable.
- Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt.
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Snac N’ Smile, provided that the issue is reported in accordance with our terms.
Upon receiving the box, it is the customer’s duty to make sure that the boxes are stored in the fridge.
We strive to make snack products that meet our customers’ expectations and that are delivered in excellent condition. In case you receive faulty snacks, please email us on the same day you receive the order on support@snacnsmile.com and we will investigate the case immediately. If we come to the conclusion that we were at fault, we will replace the faulty product and deliver a new similar product free of cost and free of any other charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order and our operational capacity. We strive to deliver within the mentioned timeline, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
- Snac N’ Smile provides delivery services within the UAE. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

We take great care to avoid cross-contamination of allergens; however, all products are made in a qualified kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergen concerns at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
